Wyatt is the Operations Manager at TrueBridge, joining the team after 2 years with True Search where he oversaw the PDT ECs as their leader helping guide career growth and team initiatives. 

Prior to joining the True Platform, Wyatt worked for several years as an Operations leader in the startup culture of San Francisco, where he focused on growth initiatives, project management and strategy. During this time he gained an interest in leadership development and talent management.

Wyatt holds a BA in Marketing and Merchandising from Montclair State University. 

Wyatt lives in New York near family, whom he visits often. In his spare time, he enjoys museums and exploring new flea markets around the city.

Wyatt brings to the team his expertise in communication, implementation of standardized operation processes as well as learning and development.
