Dave is the CEO and founder of TrueBridge. 

Prior to founding TrueBridge, Dave had over 20 years experience in executive-level talent roles.  He designed, built, and led the global executive recruitment team at Google; served as the talent operating partner at Khosla Ventures; and led practice areas at two major international search firms.  Before focusing his career on talent, Dave was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He began his career as a designer of hypersonic aircraft in the defense industry.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas, a Master of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  Dave enjoys playing the piano, loves spending time with his family, and has picked up marathon running as a hobby.
