Matt Petersen is a Senior Associate on the talent team at TrueBridge, based in Austin, Texas.

He began his career in Locum Tenens Staffing before joining GLG, where he connected clients with subject matter experts for short-term consulting needs. He then moved to Chasm Partners, focusing on executive search solutions within the healthcare sector. Most recently, Matt built a new market from the ground up in civil engineering at the boutique search firm Harper Harrison.

Matt was delighted to join TrueBridge, where he can leverage his broad recruitment experience to make the right fit and ensure a smooth, thoughtful process for both candidates and clients. He brings a relationship-driven approach to talent, with a focus on clarity, alignment, and long-term success.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys sports, cooking, and spending time with his family.
