Lauren Stuhr is a Principal at TrueBridge, where she helps deliver tailored interim, fractional, and consulting engagements for senior leaders across private equity, venture capital, and their portfolio companies. She brings extensive experience in building relationships with senior executives and high-caliber talent, taking a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver creative solutions to close critical talent gaps.

Prior to joining TrueBridge, Lauren spent over six years at Catalant Technologies, most recently serving as Director of the Consultant Community, where she oversaw a curated network of elite former consultants and interim executives. Prior, she led Catalant’s Customer Success function, with responsibility for a team of 12 people that owned project delivery and client growth.

Originally from Southern California, Lauren now lives in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a four-year member of the varsity softball team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active, going to the beach, and watching sports.
