Lindsey is the Director of Talent Network and a founding team member of TrueBridge. 

Before joining the TrueBridge team, Lindsey was a member of Google’s in-house executive search team where she partnered with senior leadership to build their executive teams and talent networks. Lindsey worked on executive searches across a variety of products and functional areas including marketing, communications, legal, government affairs, sales, finance and partnerships. 

Prior to Google, Lindsey was a senior research manager at GLG, a leading expert network platform. At GLG, Lindsey led a top-revenue producing team responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative research solutions to management consulting firm clients.

Lindsey graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Comprehensive Science / Chemistry, Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, and a Minor in Psychology. She was a full-scholarship Division 1 athlete and Captain of the Women’s Swimming team.
