Lydia joined TrueBridge in 2023 as Principal on the talent team, and is a founding member of TrueBridge EMEA. In her role, Lydia helps manage relationships with clients across the continent and spearheads the development and management of TrueBridge’s European Talent Networks across functions.

Prior to joining TrueBridge, Lydia led the interim division at Capital Futures, a boutique search firm which supports private equity backed SaaS companies. Lydia has extensive experience managing C-Suite and C-1 searches across various functions globally, and has a deep understanding of the investment rationale and how to engage talent at inflection points.

In her spare time, Lydia is a competitive horse rider and often finds herself out eventing or enjoying the countryside with her family.
