Rory Dixon is the Leadership Assessment and Development Manager. She joined TrueBridge in 2023 and leads the assessment and development of our Talent Network members. 

Before joining TrueBridge, Rory was a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ leadership advisory practice where she worked closely with clients and candidates to assess, develop and support them in their professional journeys. Throughout her career, Rory has worked on executive assessment projects spanning all industries and C-suite roles. Her experience in executive assessment, development and coaching enables TrueBridge to offer critical added value for our network members to continuously develop as interim and fractional leaders, while offering clients deeper insight into the talent they seek to engage. 

Rory graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in psychology and Michigan State University with an M.A. in organizational psychology. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
