Kirsten is a Senior Associate within the EMEA TrueBridge team, bringing over five years of experience delivering C-suite and senior executive interim management solutions. She has a strong track record of partnering with high-growth and transformation-led organisations to place senior leaders across data, AI, technology, product, and finance functions.

Kirsten has developed particular expertise in supporting businesses through complex digital and financial transformations. She works closely with clients to deeply understand both technical and commercial challenges, enabling her to identify and engage interim leaders who can drive innovation, scale platforms, and embed data-led decision-making at the executive level.

Kirsten grew up in London and attended the University of Bristol, before completing a Master’s degree in Data Science and AI.
