Jacob is the Operations Manager at TrueBridge. They play a key role in ensuring a seamless engagement between clients and talent and help manage business-enablement processes across the organization. Prior to their role at TrueBridge, Jacob was an Engagement Coordinator (EC) with True Search’s People, Talent, and Legal practice.

Before they joined the True Platform, Jacob worked in education and hospitality, both reflections of their lifelong passion for communicating and building community in new and more sustainable ways. They are excited to once again be in a startup environment.

Jacob graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with an interdisciplinary degree in political theory, economics, and naval studies. 

In their free time, they love reading sci-fi novels and are most at peace while kayaking at sunrise in the swamps of Louisiana.
