As Talent Network manager at TrueBridge, Cody is focused on C-level executives across HR, Go-To-Market, and Technology functions. He brings extensive experience in the executive recruiting and talent management space to his role.

Prior to joining TrueBridge, Cody worked for Candidate Labs building go-to-market leadership teams for early stage VC-backed companies. Before that, Cody worked at ON Partners and Korn Ferry recruiting executives for VC/PE-backed companies across the technology space. 

Cody graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in human resource management. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Marissa, his daughter Reese and his son Grayson.
